What is the difference between citizenship and residency by investment?

Citizenship gives you a passport and nationality for life, usually without a requirement to live in the country. Residency gives you the right to live there, renewed over time, and in some countries leads to citizenship after a set number of years.

Is my investment refundable?

Government donations are not refundable. Real estate and fund investments are your assets and can usually be sold after the required holding period, typically three to five years.

Can I include my family?

Yes. Most programs cover a spouse and dependent children, and many also accept parents and grandparents. Each extra family member adds government and due-diligence fees.

How long does it take?

Caribbean citizenship programs typically take four to nine months. European golden visas take two to twelve months depending on the country. Work and skilled routes depend on job offers and points scores.

What documents will I need?

Usually a valid passport, birth and marriage certificates, police clearance, bank statements, proof of the source of your funds and a medical report. We give you a checklist tailored to your program.

Do I need to visit or live in the country?

Most Caribbean citizenship programs have no residence requirement. Residency programs vary: some need no minimum stay, others need a short visit each year. Your advisor explains the rules for each country.

Why apply through an authorised agent?

Citizenship programs only accept applications through licensed agents. An experienced agent prepares a complete file, deals with the government unit directly and helps you avoid the common reasons for rejection.

What are the most common reasons for rejection?

Incomplete documents, an unclear source of funds and undisclosed criminal records. Our pre-approval check is designed to catch these issues before you apply.

Can citizenship be passed to my children?

In most citizenship by investment countries, including the Caribbean programs and Türkiye, citizenship can be passed on to future generations.
